during my stay here i enjoyed the place, especially its near the shopping areas.
what i didn't like here is that they didn't even send us or help us carry our baggages to the taxi. they just gave our baggages. in other hotels i stayed esp. in shanghai, they're the ones who will put your baggages in their cart, and send you in your van.

The room was very comfortable and modern, and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from in the morning.
It could have been cheaper without breakfast and they made an error when my friend came to visit me, they claimed that my name was not on the list as a guest. So, my friend visited me but couldn't see me- that's poor organization that affected my itinerary and the prospect of seeing a friend.

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel in Bangkok. the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Sombat, who was courteous and made me feel right at home. The ladies, Ms. Orawan and Ms. Patchar, were also polite, generous, and always had a smile on their faces to greet guests. It's truly commendable to have such a wonderful staff.
All in all, I had a great experience and there is little I can fault about this hotel.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Breakfast isn't fantastic. If you want to cater for western clients, don't you think bacon would be essential? The asian food isn't unpleasant; but please, bacon.

Despite these positive aspects, there is room for improvement in certain areas.

Both the Main and Side-Lobby is nice. The Hotel is clean and bright. Customer Service from the Reception is good and attentive.
There is a surchage of 30Baht per night per room to get a kettle inside the room. This is the first time, we encountered this. I hope Ecotel can revise their policies because kettle is a basic facility for a hotel. Thanks
